We’re delighted to announce that Project Furniture Residential has been shortlisted for two awards at the Love to Rent 'Build to Rent Awards  2026' in the categories of BTR Interior Design and Professional Partner of the Year (BTR).

Our BTR Interior Design nomination recognises our work on Fairfax, Manchester, delivered in collaboration with DAY Architectural Ltd. Bringing architectural intent and interior experience together, the project draws on Fairfax’s industrial heritage to create a distinctive, contemporary residential environment, from bespoke fabrics and artwork to fully integrated custom joinery across 16,000 sq ft of amenity space.

Our shortlist for Professional Partner of the Year reflects the relationships we’ve built since Project Furniture Residential was founded in 2021. Today, we work alongside some of the sector’s leading names, with our growth driven by long-term partnerships and a simple belief: we’re not just a supplier, we’re an extension of our clients’ teams.

From design and procurement through to project management, warehousing, installation, styling and aftercare, our end-to-end approach is delivered by our in-house team - all with one shared commitment: Your Project, Our Passion.

With a record number of entries this year, being shortlisted in two categories is an achievement we’re incredibly proud of. Most importantly, this recognition belongs to the team behind every project and every client relationship.

The winners will be announced on Friday 23 October at The Londoner, Leicester Square.
