Project Furniture Residential has announced the appointment of Lisa Parnell as Client Director.
In her new role, Lisa will be responsible for driving strategic growth and strengthening relationships with funds, developers, and operators. She will play a key role in delivering furnishing solutions that meet the evolving requirements of residents and investors, supporting the company’s continued expansion within the Build to Rent sector.
Lisa brings more than 15 years of experience in the residential property sector, having held senior positions at organisations including Greystar, Unite Students, HomeViews (part of Rightmove), and most recently, UndertheDoormat Group. Her expertise spans resident experience, business development, and strategic partnerships across Build to Rent, Co-living, PBSA, Senior Living, and short-term rentals.
