The Brentford Project occupies a site steeped in history, boasting intricate architecture and a rich industrial past. This provided a compelling foundation for our design direction.
By meticulously researching historical maps, we uncovered a fascinating past: hay and straw depots, smithies, breweries, tanneries, and malthouses once thrived here. These historical threads were woven into the design through carefully selected fabrics, finishes, and subtle design details.
Brentford's thriving creative community, with its abundance of galleries, inspired us to showcase the allure of healthy living, local support, and waterfront living. The show apartment's colour palette evokes a sense of calm and serenity, connecting residents to the waterfront.
Supporting local artists and makers is a cornerstone of our philosophy. We believe in personalizing projects based on their unique location. Brentford's vibrant creative scene perfectly aligns with the values of Millennials and Gen-Z, who prioritise locally sourced and sustainable options. We collaborated with local artisans to infuse the show apartment with unique and thoughtful touches, further enriching the scheme's core values.
We are delighted with the outcome, particularly given the client's enthusiastic response: the apartment sold on its first viewing!
